This technology provides a zero-impact soft start capability, virtually eliminating electrical inrush current peaks and extending the operational lifespan of the motor.
  • High-Efficiency Shell-and-Tube Condenser: CNC-machined with enhanced copper tubes to maximize heat rejection into the cooling tower loop. Designed for low pressure drop and easy maintenance, ensuring stable condensation even in demanding indoor plant environments.
  • Precision PLC Management: A built-in Siemens smart controller seamlessly coordinates the inverter drive and electronic expansion valve (EEV). This intelligent synergy ensures rapid response to load changes and maintains ultra-precise process temperature stability.
  • Compact & Low-Noise Indoor Design: The elimination of cooling fans combined with variable-speed compressor operation results in an exceptionally quiet machine. Its space-efficient, heavy-duty frame is optimized for restricted mechanical rooms.
  • Fail-Safe Protection Suite: Built-in systemic safeguards include high/low pressure switches, anti-freezing protection, compressor motor overload relays, phase sequence monitors, water flow interlocking, and dedicated VFD electronic fault protection.

  • Cooling Tower & Pump Automation: Upgrade your PLC to act as a centralized hub, allowing the chiller to automatically stage and control external cooling tower fans and condenser water pumps based on real-time system demands.
  • Marine-Grade Condensers: For facilities utilizing aggressive cooling mediums (such as seawater, brackish water, or highly treated groundwater), we offer custom condensers constructed with Cupronickel (CuNi) or Titanium tubes to prevent premature corrosion.
  • Acoustic Enclosure Upgrades: For installations near noise-sensitive areas (such as laboratories, hospitals, or office adjacent plant rooms), custom heavy-duty soundproof panels can be fitted to further dampen compressor and VFD high-frequency noise.
